Staff Product Manager - AI Powered MDR at SentinelOne. Join to lead the MDR offering with AI-powered growth and drive product strategy and execution at the intersection of threat detection, automation, and scalable service delivery.

What You Will Do
  • AI-Powered Product Strategy and Vision: Define and own a product vision for an AI-driven MDR service that integrates with SentinelOne’s platform and GTM strategy. • Product Development and Execution: Lead end-to-end development, collaborating with engineering, design, and security research. Drive the roadmap, ensure alignment with customer requirements and business goals, and define requirements for timely, high-quality delivery. Utilize Agile methodologies for sprint planning, backlog grooming, and releases.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Collaborate with customers, sales, marketing, and executive leadership to gather feedback and ensure product-market fit. Communicate updates and value propositions to internal teams and external stakeholders; evangelize the MDR service internally and externally.
  • Product Performance and Analytics: Define and track KPIs, analyze market data, customer feedback, and usage metrics to drive continuous improvement and growth. Stay current with MDR and cybersecurity trends to maintain competitive edge.

  • Define and monitor KPIs tied to internal efficiency and external customer value.
  • Act as the product evangelist — influencing internally and representing SentinelOne externally with thought leadership in the MDR domain.
What You Need To Bring
  • 6 to 8 years of experience as a Product Manager in cybersecurity, ideally with MDR, SIEM, XDR, or detection products.
  • Experience building or scaling AI-enabled platforms, automation workflows, or MSSP-focused offerings.

  • Strong strategic communication and data storytelling capabilities.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, systems thinking, and driving clarity through cross-functional influence.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and market insights to drive product decisions.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with both local and remote teams.
