Your role at Dynatrace

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of services based on the Dynatrace Unified Platform, including deployment, training, and long-term managed services. Dynatrace Services provides comprehensive training through classroom, virtual learning, self-study, and field observation activities to prepare new consultants for success. After training, consultants are expected to represent Dynatrace professionally, ensuring high client satisfaction through effective communication. You will act as a product expert and trusted advisor in Digital Transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor critical application performance and availability for clients.
• Review and summarize performance trends during operations meetings.
• Assist clients in troubleshooting and diagnosing performance issues.
• Maintain and enhance dashboards and reports for IT and business users.
• Onboard applications for monitoring and train customers on the Dynatrace Platform and best practices.
• Promote adoption of the Dynatrace Platform within customer environments.
• Provide regular status updates and documentation during customer engagements.
• Assist sales teams in identifying new opportunities for products and services.
• Ensure the health of the client’s Dynatrace deployment and update software as needed.
• Keep deployment documentation accurate and up-to-date.

Travel Requirements:

• Most engagements are at a single client location and may not require travel. However, some roles may involve relocation or remote work.

What will help you succeed

Minimum experience:

• At least 2 years of IT experience in Application Performance Management, application monitoring, network or system administration, performance engineering/testing, or Java/.NET development.
• Over 1 year of experience in software engineering and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Over 1 year of enterprise-level .NET or Java development/support/operations experience.
• Over 1 year of web programming experience with JavaScript, AJAX, or related frameworks.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with application technologies like J2EE, .NET, Citrix, Microservices.
• Experience with databases such as Oracle, DB2, MS SQL.
• Good understanding of distributed applications and web/enterprise applications.
• Ability to provide guidance on complex application environments for performance improvements.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently in fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Desired Experience:

• Previous consulting or project management experience.
• Knowledge of Cloud and Infrastructure technologies like AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes.
• 2+ years of Dynatrace technology experience and Product Certification preferred.
