We’re hiring a Senior IT Systems Support Analyst at our Florence, KY frozen pizza facility. In this critical role, you’ll support, manage, and enhance our IT systems infrastructure—keeping our production moving, employees technology up and running, and our technology secure.

Responsibilities:

+ Develop, maintain, and manage software images for desktops and laptops, including updates, patches, and third-party integrations.

+ Create and implement automation scripts using Microsoft tools to streamline software deployments and improve user experience.

+ Lead the planning and execution of Windows and Office deployment projects.

+ Monitor and enhance system integrity, proactively researching and integrating new technologies.

+ Collaborate with vendors and third-party contractors to ensure service standards are met.

+ Support cybersecurity by responding to critical intrusion attempts and maintaining endpoint protection.

+ Partner with developers to test and validate new client applications.

+ Share knowledge and mentor junior team members.

+ Participate in Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications:

+ Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required

+ Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience, including Technical Support Analyst experience

+ Expertise in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and scripting tools

+ Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, operating systems, and networking

+ Solid understanding of network concepts and IT best practices

+ Proven ability to deliver effective, client-focused IT solutions

+ Motivated to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $52,500 - $87,500 annually with eligibility for a 5% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to educations, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range. Beyond base salary, we offer a competitive Total Rewards package focusing on your overall well-being.
