Job Summary :

Supermicro is seeking a (Sr) Solution Product Manager to help grow our business across various vertical markets in EMEA, establish an eco-system with different suppliers, collaborate with sales teams, and directly engage with customers to provide solutions. The role involves defining product strategies for Supermicro's core product family, researching vertical-specific customer solutions, and creating aggressive go-to-market plans.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Analyze market and business trends; develop tactics and programs to increase market share through strategically positioned solutions.
• Identify and prioritize customer requirements for existing and emerging use cases, considering deployment considerations.
• Coordinate product training for customers and work closely with them to define and refine product specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet customer expectations.
• Research technology, customer, and competitor trends to inform platform portfolio strategy.
• Build strong customer relationships and work with sales teams to close deals.
• Develop and maintain vendor and supplier relationships to support business development.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in EE / CS or equivalent experience.
• 8-10+ years of product management experience with the ability to influence customers.
• Proven ability to develop business and engage with customers directly.
• Knowledge of Data analytics, SDS, HPC, AI, HCI, SAP, Network, etc.
• Deep knowledge of server, storage, and data center products with strong business acumen, especially in the EU market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of collaborating and influencing internal teams and external clients.
• Self-motivated with a focus on achieving and measuring goals.
• Serve as a technical advisor on market and technology trends.
