A leading eCommerce company in Italy is seeking a Sr. Software Development Manager to drive big data processing and analytics solutions. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $198,100 to $342,300 based on experience and market location.

Business Data Technologies (BDT) and Data Kernel, within eCF, enable business analytics and insights, providing data and data curation capabilities to thousands of internal users worldwide. The ideal candidate is both a visionary, polished business and engineering leader with extensive experience in developing distributed systems, strong technical ability, excellent project management skills, great communication skills, and motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment. You will use both business and technical acumen to drive the data catalog space (i.e., securely scale from single to multiple exabytes of data distributed across the globe). You will be responsible for services that can be deployed globally, delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing thought leadership in a fast-paced development environment, and partnering with product management and senior leaders to ensure the success of this program.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $198,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $342,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
