Your Responsibilities

  1. Achieve sales targets and drive growth annually through Key Growth Levers and Breakthrough Initiatives within new and existing accounts.
  2. Manage Key Accounts and Territory Accounts, leading sales pursuits and collaborating with Account Managers, Service Operations, and other internal teams.
  3. Develop new business relationships, understand customer needs and drivers, and communicate our value proposition effectively.
  4. Manage all sales activities through precise account planning and early engagement in the customer’s buying process to diagnose needs and tailor solutions.
  5. Foster growth by identifying new opportunities within existing and new accounts, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships at all organizational levels.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering is desirable but not essential.
  • Extensive sales experience in Solution Sales, particularly in Airport or Building Automation technologies.
  • Experience engaging with senior customer levels and building strategic relationships.
  • Deep industry and market knowledge.
  • Proven ability in cross-selling and consultative selling, collaborating across organizations.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
