Our client is a technology company that unites premium content publishers to facilitate connections between international and local brands and European audiences. As part of a large international group with offices in 10 European countries and the US, they exclusively represent top video publishers, offering clients the latest insights, advertising technology, and services to excel in the video space and transition into digital and addressable TV.

Offerta

You will be responsible for the sales activities of the assigned portfolio, including developing existing clients and sourcing new business opportunities.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and media agencies, focusing on digital, especially connected TV, while supporting cross-media opportunities across TV, radio, print, and other platforms;
  • Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and prospect new business to meet targets;
  • Analyze clients' media and communication strategies and provide consultancy;
  • Grow the business by acquiring new clients, cross- and upselling within the existing portfolio, and promoting new media opportunities;
  • Monitor market and competitor activities, providing reports and insights to management;
  • Influence strategic development based on industry knowledge;
  • Nurture strong relationships with publishers and editors;
  • Organize and manage industry events nationally and internationally;
  • Maintain an international mindset with a focus on Italy, with future opportunities for cross-market meetings abroad;
  • Generate innovative sales ideas for solutions teams;
  • Develop and regularly update commercial strategies for client portfolio growth.
Competenze ed esperienza
  • Over 8 years of sales experience, preferably with a specialization in agency business development;
  • Experience in media agencies or broadcast media is preferred;
  • Solid background in digital media, especially upper and mid-funnel campaigns, with familiarity with VOD, BVOD, and SVOD platforms; understanding programmatic buying and strong relationships with agency trading desks are essential. Experience in CTV is highly valued;
  • Strong agency network across various seniority levels, capable of engaging with planners, client leads, and strategy directors;
  • Knowledge of international media environments (TV, radio, digital, print) is a plus;
  • Well-structured, with good presentation skills and team spirit;
  • Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are an asset.
Your Team

You will join the Agency Sales team based in Milan, within an international media company delivering premium video and cross-media solutions across Europe. The team develops strategic partnerships with media agencies mainly in Italy, with coverage extending to Spain, MENA, Greece, and Turkey. They focus on digital media, especially Connected TV, supporting cross-platform activations, and collaborate closely with local clients and global stakeholders. The team operates in English and comprises members from diverse backgrounds, fostering a collaborative, fast-paced, and insight-driven culture.
