Your Role

Within the Program Management Organization of the Power Transistor Sub-Group, the candidate will coordinate global development projects in complex environments, ensuring project objectives regarding deadlines, costs, and quality are met by focusing effectively on team tasks.

• Define project plans, including timing and dependencies
• Establish CORE project teams for regular critical topic reviews
• Evaluate preventive measures to avoid project derailment
• Implement reactive methodologies to bring projects back on track
• Lead project reviews and monitor progress and milestones
• Communicate project progress
• Verify the conformity of project deliverables
• Ensure project documentation is available
• Maintain program management standards and support methodologies
• Track project effectiveness through KPIs
• Highlight resource constraints and prioritize business needs

Your Skills & Experiences

• Master’s degree in business engineering or scientific technologies
• 5 to 10 years of experience as a PMO
• Relevant training / certifications in project management
• Strong understanding of project management tools and methods
• Experience managing cross-functional, multi-site, international teams
• Business proficiency in English
• Leadership, negotiation, and networking skills
• Ability to consolidate information and communicate effectively to top management
• Attention to detail and technical skills
• Excellent organizational abilities
