Our client, a global leader in diversified technology and manufacturing, is seeking a Sr. Procurement Specialist to join their team. As a Sr. Procurement Specialist, you will be part of the Global Procurement Department supporting HR and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) category management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Sr . Procurement Specialist – HR & Compensation Procurement

Location : Charlotte, NC - Hybrid position!

Pay Range : $79 / hour (based on experience)

What’s the Job?

• Lead global category strategies for HR and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) procurement
• Conduct supplier mapping, contract management, and spend analysis
• Drive sourcing execution including RFx, e-auctions, and contract negotiations
• Manage supplier relationships using KPIs and risk mitigation strategies
• Support M&A integration and collaborate with cross-functional business groups)

What’s Needed?

3+ years of strategic sourcing experience (including 1–2 years in indirect procurement)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Technology, or Finance

Experience in manufacturing environments and familiarity with HR-related procurement

Strong knowledge of category management, contracting, and e-sourcing platforms (e.g., SAP)

Must be U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
