Job summary

Honeywell Trieste, Italy is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Support Supervisor to lead the manufacturing support team and coordinate activities ensuring efficient production and high quality output. You will report to the Manufacturing Manager and work on-site in Trieste.

You will drive continuous improvement, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards while monitoring KPIs for process optimization.

Qualifications

Job Description

As a Sr Mfg Support Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and coordinate manufacturing support activities to ensure efficient production processes and high-quality output. You will oversee a team responsible for providing technical and operational support to manufacturing, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

You will report directly to our Manufacturing Manager and you’ll work out of our Trieste, Italy location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and team performance, contributing to the overall success of Honeywell Building Automation's manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the manufacturing support team to ensure smooth production operations.
