Your impact
AsCorporate Compliance Counsel, you will play a hands-on and operational role in maintaining and enhancing OpenText’s global compliance framework. You’ll take ownership of critical compliance activities such as anti-bribery, whistleblowing, and human rights ensuring policies, processes and controls are not only well-designed but effectively implemented across the business. In addition to compliance, the role also involves advising on and supporting commercial litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel, you will help manage legal risk and drive practical, business-focused solutions that reinforce OpenText’s culture of integrity and accountability.
