Ball Corporation is seeking a Business Analyst to gather requirements, document processes, and translate business needs into practical IT solutions. You will map AS-IS and TO-BE states, support test planning, validation, and rollout activities, and act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Experience with Teamcenter integration (ERP, MES, CAD tools such as NX or SolidWorks), knowledge of BMIDE/ITK, and familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methods are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience integrating Teamcenter with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), MES systems, and CAD tools (NX, SolidWorks).
• Experience with testing and validation activities (unit/functional/system).
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of BMIDE, ITK, and SOA for Teamcenter data modeling and development.
• Knowledge of Active Workspace (AWC) and Rich Client (RAC).
• Understanding of PLM processes, BOM management, change management (ECR/ECO), document control, and versioning.
• Participation in Teamcenter implementation, upgrade, or migration projects.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with version control (Git).

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of user needs.
• Map current business processes (AS-IS) and design optimized future-state processes (TO-BE) to improve operational efficiency.
• Translate business needs into practical and technically feasible solutions, ensuring alignment between business and IT teams.
• Support solution design and validation activities, assessing technical feasibility and compliance with business requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and support testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to ensure solution quality.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating communication and decision-making.
• Support the implementation of new systems and processes, contributing to user adoption, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Experience and Skills:

Mandatory

• Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience integrating Teamcenter with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), MES systems, and CAD tools (e.g., NX, SolidWorks).
• Experience with testing and validation activities, including unit testing, functional testing, and system validation.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of BMIDE, ITK, and SOA for Teamcenter data modeling, development, and tegrations.
• Knowledge of Active Workspace (AWC) and Rich Client (RAC).
• Knowledge of PLM processes, BOM management, change management (ECR/ECO), document control, and versioning.
• Participation in Teamcenter implementation, upgrade, or migration projects.
• Working knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with technical documentation and version control systems such as Git.

Additional Information

• Work Model:Flexible
• Hybrid on-site work environment:This position requires regular on-site presence for three (3) days per week, with core collaboration days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
• Schedule:8:00 AM to 17:00 PM
