Job Scope And Main Responsibilities

Serve as the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)/ HR Manager for the designated manufacturing site, offering guidance and assistance to functional managers and employees, to manage all HR topics and overseeing the life cycle of all Employees.

Areas Of Responsibilities And Related Activities

EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT

  • Deploy a meaningful on-boarding process
  • Ensure proper HR Administration for the served population
  • Advice Management regarding labor law and employee relations activities.
  • Ensure service to employees on all HR matters
  • Support to Line Managers in the daily planning activities
  • Industrial Relations, intervene in employee relations matters as required.
  • Involving the internal referents in case of legal issues or the need for legal advice regarding labor law and employee relations.
  • Provide recommendations to management based on issue analysis and assist people managers in finding optimal solutions for employees.
  • Ensure accurate and timely handling of employee data and contract’s changes.
  • Ensure that workforce planning is in place.
  • Manage and support workforce planning initiatives, including Job rotation, replacement, flexibility
  • Coordinate local performance evaluations and compensation reviews in compliance with company policies.

HR STRATEGY

  • Execute the Local Employee Experience Strategy action plan.
  • Develop, oversee, and implement a localized HR strategy aligned with business objectives and local requirements.
  • Act as a culture champion, promoting the organization’s purpose and values throughout all HR initiatives and employee interactions.
  • Develop HR initiatives that support organizational goals and enhance employee retention and engagement.
  • Implementation of company policies and procedures
  • Implementation of development projects
  • Direct local learning initiatives in accordance with the HR strategy and Talent Development Programs specific to the site.
  • Conduct regular employee feedback surveys and implement action plans based on insights to foster a positive work environment.

KEY TASKS

  • Monitor and enhance monthly HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analysis and corrective actions implementation
  • Ensure the integrity of data in the HR management system.
  • Address internal audit requirements as necessary.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors on-site for effective management of contingent workers.
  • Within the perimeter assigned, promote a lean manufacturing culture and support the organization to identify and manage proper metrics and KPIs focused on a continuous improvement.

Technical Skills - Portrait Of a Perfect Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, Economics, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's in Human Resources Management
  • A minimum of 5/7 years of hands-on experience in HR within a dynamic international setting, specifically focusing on Manufacturing Operations
  • Thorough understanding and application of labor laws at the national contract level
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leadership, with a strong emphasis on fostering diversity and inclusion
  • HR Budget & Cost Management, workforce planning
  • Negotiation skills coupled with a proven ability to manage conflicts effectively
  • Display of empathy and high emotional intelligence in professional interactions
  • Proficiency in problem-solving techniques to address complex HR challenges
  • Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities to streamline HR processes
  • Capacity for analytical thinking and creative problem-solving
  • Familiarity with HR software, with an added advantage of experience with Success factor and Zucchetti
  • Advanced proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office suite for business operations
  • Drives Engagement;
