Krause Group is a U.S.-based parent company comprising a diverse set of domestic and international businesses with over 5,000 associates. These include Kum & Go, Solar Transport, Krause+ real estate, and the Des Moines Menace soccer team. The group also owns historic Italian wineries Vietti and Enrico Serafino, the Parma Calcio 1913 soccer team, and boutique hotel Casa di Langa in Italy.

The Sr. Grow People (HR) Business Partner - Italy, Piedmont, serves as a human resource leader supporting Krause Group’s Italian businesses in the Piedmont region, including two wineries, a hotel, and the Italian Shared Services team.

Principal Functions of the Job
  1. Strategic Partner: Understands business strategy; designs, develops, and implements innovative, value-added solutions aligned with business objectives; assists leaders with organizational, people, and change-related issues.
  2. Change Agent: Drives alignment with company culture; promotes company values and diversity & inclusion; assesses and manages organizational change capability; acts as a consultant in organization effectiveness initiatives.
  3. Associate Relations: Facilitates and manages associate relations for all Krause Group companies in the Piedmont region.
  4. Project Work: Leads projects with the Director of Grow People, Italy, such as building out the Italian HR function, which may include HRIS system implementation, payroll provider review, and other global HR projects.

Experience and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of HR and/or business operations experience, with a focus on HR.
  • Knowledge of Italian employment laws is required.
  • Hospitality experience is a plus.
  • Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Italian is required.

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Expertise in employment/labor laws.
