Il candidato ideale possiede una laurea in graphic design e ha 4-5 anni di esperienza. We are seeking for a reliable and highly motivated Sr. Graphic Designer to support our Research & Marketing team.

The role is pivotal in managing the visual identity of the brand, developing content for the website, social channels (in particular LinkedIn), newsletters, brochures and presentations.

The ideal joiner has:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing & digital communication or related field;
• 4 to 5 years of related work experience;
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Skills (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator);
• Expert-level in Microsoft package (Word, Excel, Onedrive, Sharepoint) and excellent in PowerPoint;
• Advanced experience in LinkedIn management;
• Video editing and editing on Premiere (considered a plus);
• Portfolio of projects to share with us (please include it in your CV);
• Italian language knowledge is a must to have; English language proficiency is also required (at least C1).

What you will be responsible for?

• Prepare graphic design and develop contents for digital and physical communication to be accomplished by gathering information/materials and planning concept;
• Develop graphic content for newsletters, advertising campaigns and social media;
• Manage graphics and related contents for social media, primarily LinkedIn;
• Design and optimize maps and infographics for all of platforms including websites, print media, social media, electronic newsletters, product design, displays and productions for organization and its clients;
• Produce and video editing, photography, animated graphics and other electronic multimedia;
• Support our business lines in tenders with graphic and web design work by understanding their business goals, scope of work and Savills brand to develop customized design needs;
• Design and realise stands and coordinated promotional material for trade fairs and events;
• Actively participate in team brainstorming/concept development sessions;
• Take creative inputs from management and clients to adjust design based work;
• Adhere to project deadlines and provides status updates on a regular basis to management;
• Maintain technical knowledge in graphic design and emerging trends;
• Contribute to team effort by helping with other projects as needed.
