Who we are looking for? We are seeking a reliable and highly motivated Sr. Graphic Designer to support our Research & Marketing team. The role is pivotal in managing the visual identity of the brand, developing content for the website, social channels (in particular LinkedIn), newsletters, brochures, and presentations.

The ideal candidate has:

1. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing & digital communication or related field
2. 4 to 5 years of related work experience
3. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
4. Expert-level in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, OneDrive, SharePoint) and excellent in PowerPoint
5. Advanced experience in LinkedIn management
6. Video editing skills on Premiere (considered a plus)
7. Portfolio of projects (please include it in your CV)
8. Italian language knowledge is a must; English proficiency at least C1

What will you be responsible for?

1. Prepare graphic designs and develop content for digital and physical communication, including gathering information and planning concepts
2. Create graphic content for newsletters, advertising campaigns, and social media
3. Manage graphics and content for social media, primarily LinkedIn
4. Design and optimize maps and infographics for websites, print media, social media, newsletters, and product displays
5. Produce videos, photography, animations, and multimedia content
6. Support business lines in tenders with graphic and web design, understanding their goals and brand identity
7. Design stands and promotional materials for trade fairs and events
8. Participate in brainstorming and concept development sessions
9. Incorporate feedback from management and clients into designs
10. Meet project deadlines and provide regular updates
11. Maintain knowledge of graphic design trends
12. Assist with other projects as needed
