Key Role in Clinical Delivery Services Division
This role is within our Clinical Delivery Services Division, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific’s newly acquired PPD clinical research organization. It involves providing strategic leadership and management in the operations and resourcing of the business in a complex cross-functional environment. The responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies for continuous process improvement, organizational performance, processes, systems, training, and communications to achieve business goals. The role also offers strategic guidance to staff and directs business strategy and operational efficiency.
The position is fully remote, based anywhere in Europe or the eastern timezone of the USA. Some international travel may be required, up to 10% per annum, including overnight stays.
