A Day in the Life: JOB SUMMARY The Senior E-commerce Director EUME will be a pivotal leader responsible for shaping and accelerating Tory Burch's digital commerce growth across Europe and the Middle East.

Reporting to the President of EMEA, the role will have full P&L responsibility and lead the development and execution of the regional digital roadmap while fostering cross-functional alignment with key departments: Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Creative, Analytics, Technology, and Customer Experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Leadership & Accelerate Growth: Develop and implement a multi-year strategy for sustained digital growth to drive best-in-class e-commerce.
• Commercial Accountability: Full responsibility in partnership with online buying, merchandising, planning, digital marketing, email, site experience, and client services.
• Brand Equity & Consumer Engagement: Champion Tory Burch's brand values by creating elevated, localized experiences across platforms while enhancing Tory Burch's visibility and salience via innovative storytelling, digital-first campaigns.
• Digital Innovation & Experience: Oversee execution across digital marketing, site experience, UX/UI, personalization, SEO/SEM, performance media, email, and CRM.
• Organizational Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional E-commerce team with a culture of agility, accountability, and innovation.
