BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of IT implementation experience, engaging with senior personnel on trade-offs, best practices, project management, and risk mitigation
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Experience leading design, development, and deployment of business software at scale or hands-on experience with technology infrastructure, networks, compute, storage, and virtualization
• Knowledge of SDLC, agile methodologies, and integrating cloud services with on-premise systems (Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, HP, SAP, etc.)
• Experience with IT compliance, risk management (security, privacy, SOX, HIPAA), scripting/coding, and willingness to travel as needed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven success in large-scale AWS migrations and enterprise software deployments
• Experience with distributed computing environments, data center migrations, and infrastructure automation via DevOps scripting (shell, Python, Ruby, PowerShell)
• Linux and Windows system administration skills in cloud or virtualized environments
• Data center operations management experience, including monitoring and alerting
• AWS Certifications, e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional
