Overview

Aramco, the world's largest producer of hydrocarbons, is seeking a Senior Counsel / Attorney for the Global Manufacturing Law Department within the Downstream Law organization. This role involves supporting corporate governance and commercial contracts for our downstream entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as corporate secretary for one or more entities, organizing board meetings and advising on governance matters.
  • Manage shareholder issues and interface between entities, parent, and affiliates.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, O&M agreements, and service agreements supporting internal clients.
  • Advise on internal policies, review claims, and train personnel on legal matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law; JD or LLM highly preferred.
  • Admitted to practice law in your country or state.
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, with at least 6+ years in a law firm or corporate setting.
  • Experience in energy sector or international work is a plus.
