OVERVIEW :
We’re looking for a hybrid creative : a seasoned Senior Copywriter with strong social chops who can also self-produce UGC-style content. You’ve built brands through scroll-stopping ideas and aren’t afraid to show up in front of the camera when needed. This role will support our always-on social teams (aka organic social media for brands).
You’re a nimble, strategic thinker who knows what works on each platform — and how to turn insights into bold, entertaining content that gets people to care. You’ve juggled multiple clients, concepted across brands, and brought social media to life with voice, vision, and versatility. You champion creative excellence, push for innovation, and believe great ideas can come from anyone, anywhere. Most importantly, you don’t just keep up with the speed of social — you outpace it.
RESPONSIBILITIES : Copywriting
Execute on the creative direction for the assigned account, with ongoing pitches to optimizeProvide expertise on social media creative direction, copy direction, tone of voice, platform best practices, etcOwn copywriting for all social media concepts, captions, on-screen text, and video scriptsRegularly concept, develop, and execute a range of social media posts for assigned brands across platforms and brandsDevelop and enforce brand persona and tone of voice guidelinesWork autonomously, owning both internal and client-facing creative decks—from concept to deliveryEnsure high-quality creative output at every stage of development from concept through execution, and be accountable for the end deliverablesRegularly integrate external creators and influencers into creative concepts and executionsKeep a finger on the pulse of community, consumer behavior, culture, lifestyle, and social trends to consistently champion highly relevant creativeAssist the Social Media Manager in proactive and reactive engagement / comment copyAssist the Creative Team in concepting, developing, and pitching new business outside of always-on socialContent Creation + Production
