Agoda Compliance & Ethics is seeking a confident, self‑motivated professional to join our global team in Bangkok. You will lead and support day‑to‑day compliance initiatives, review risk areas, and drive policy and training programs to strengthen the program across the business.
The role emphasizes collaboration with Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders, with relocation support for candidates not in Bangkok and no remote work option. This is an individual contributor position.

We are seeking a confident, self‑motivated professional with experience working in a global Compliance & Ethics program to join the energetic & passionate Agoda Compliance & Ethics team who will have significant contribution to strengthen and support integration of Compliance & Ethics program to the business.
This position is based in Bangkok. Agoda provides relocation support for successful candidates who are not currently located in Bangkok. Please note that we are not open to remote working or the possibility of being based in other locations.
