Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Apply knowledge to solve complex business issues.
• Contribute to the development of new ideas and methods.
• Work on complex problems requiring in-depth analysis of situations or data.
• Lead and provide expertise to functional project teams and participate in cross-functional initiatives.
• Manage requirements and change management processes.
• Mentor and guide junior employees.
• Combine industry expertise with information technology knowledge to develop innovative business solutions.
• Promote and lead process improvement activities and training for peers and clients.

Qualifications/Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in structured techniques for documentation, analysis, and validation.
• Ability to decompose high-level information into details.
• Experience in managing scope, client expectations, requirements change, and traceability.
• Skill in classifying and prioritizing requirements; Object-Oriented techniques and UML modeling.
• Creativity and innovation in solving complex problems; collaborative relationship-building.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; experience in delivering presentations.
• Knowledge of Function Point counting, survey design, statistical analysis.
• Experience in visualization modeling, business rules modeling, and developing acceptance test plans.

Requirements:

• Experience in the Public Sector.
• Certification: IIBA CBAP or equivalent.
• Technical degree or equivalent cultural background.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in similar roles.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
