We are seeking a Senior Agile Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

1. Initiate, plan, and execute digital marketing and technology projects.
2. Establish project goals and objectives.
3. Coordinate with creative, digital, and commercial teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.
4. Manage project budgets and timelines.
5. Monitor project performance using appropriate metrics, tools, and techniques.
6. Conduct Agile sprint ceremonies in line with business goals.
7. Conduct workshops and training on Agile methodologies.
8. Design Agile ceremonies for other departments to foster collaboration.
9. Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, deadlines, and issues.
10. Create events like Hackathons and Department Health checks aligned with company strategies.
11. Communicate with clients to understand their marketing needs.
12. Organize resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets.
13. Report on project results and recommend future actions.
14. Stay updated on market trends and competitors.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within digital media, marketing, or analytics sectors.
2. Experience delivering digital media, technology, and analytics projects in an agency setting.
3. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Passion for process and technology improvement.
