To support our growth, we are seeking a Senior Accountant for the Finance Department at our Italy office near Milan (Settala), reporting directly to the CFO.

We are open to evaluating both junior and senior candidates who are eager to join our dynamic environment in the Information Technology B2B market!

Responsibilities :

• Manage general ledger activities
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with VAT laws and regulations
• Assist in processing balance sheets and financial statements according to legal and company guidelines
• Maintain accurate financial data in databases for immediate access
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
• Support senior accountants in monthly and annual closings
• Contribute to accounting projects
• Secure financial information through database backups
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Handle e-invoicing archiving activities
• Support and manage relationships with auditors

Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting/finance within international and multinational companies
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency with numbers and analytical skills
• Understanding of accounting principles such as US GAAP
• Excellent Excel skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
