Ferrero SpA is seeking a Sr. Account Executive to lead business initiatives and manage accounts, specifically with Dollar General. This fully remote role requires strong account management skills and a proactive approach to growth within the confectionery market. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, significant experience in account management, and the ability to develop strategic partnerships.

Reporting to the Value Channel Director, the Sr. Account Executive will plan, develop, and implement business initiatives to drive sustainable profitable growth for Ferrara. They will not only drive top line results but be responsible for the P&L as it relates to their areas of responsibility. They will work in conjunction with the entire Value team and cross functional partners to achieve and exceed company objectives and priorities. They will be directly responsible for the Seasonal Business along with the Fruit Snack Line of Business. They will be the primary liaison to Dollar General for those areas of responsibility. In addition, they will be responsible for assisting the Everyday Confection business for both Front and Back of Store taking direction from the Director and the Customer Business Lead.
This is a fully remote role - candidates must be based in United States, near major airport, and will involve frequent (up to 25%) travel - primarily to Nashville, TN.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $109,000 - $153,000 annually.
