What you’ll do:

• Join the team of “Sportsbook Platform” and in particular in the business of sports betting product reporting directly to Sportsbook Platform Manager.
• Have the opportunity to be involved in the maintenance and evolution of Flutter SEA betting platform according to the market rules and the business strategical goals. Collaborate with internal teams to collect and analyze needs for the continuous improvement of betting management tools and applications. You have an important role to support the Sportsbook team at 360 towards technical issues with ICT and external suppliers. Your priority is also to align on the projects and activities and cooperate with other teams and corporate functions.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in analysis of complex processes and requirement gathering (preferable context, for example: structured contexts such as consultancy firms, communication agencies and/or end customers, companies in the entertainment industry).
• A degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of requirements documentation tools and service management tools, such as “Service Now”, “JIRA”, “Office” suite, etc.
• Ability to work in a team to achieve common goals while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
