About The Role
Fever has a unique offering for clients. As a result we have worked with top-tier brands across many verticals. Our slate of Fever Originals and Official Partnerships events is growing fast, so we’re looking for someone to scale Sponsorships across our experiences.
Based in Milan, the role will see them working closely with the Head of Brand Partnerships to drive growth across the supply side of the business internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Work closely with various departments within the organization, such as marketing, sales, and event operations, to develop winning sponsorship proposals.
- Develop strategic partnerships: Identify and engage potential sponsors to establish long-term relationships.
- Craft compelling sponsorship packages that align with sponsor objectives and deliver mutual benefits.
- Maximize revenue potential: Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sponsorship strategies, negotiating deals, and leveraging existing sponsor relationships. Seek opportunities to upsell and expand sponsorship portfolios.
- Ensure successful delivery: Oversee the execution of sponsorship agreements, ensuring all commitments are met in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver sponsor benefits, activations, and experiential opportunities.
- Monitor sponsor satisfaction: Communicate proactively with sponsors to gather feedback, address concerns, and maintain strong relationships. Evaluate sponsorship performance and provide ROI reports.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in event sponsorship sales
- A strong list of direct client and agency contacts
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively deliver proposals and run client meetings
- Comfortable working through ambiguity and exploring new challenges
- Creative thinking and data-driven decision making
- Skilled in crafting slide decks and written pitch materials
