About The Role: We are seeking a Sponsorships Manager to scale our sponsorship efforts across various experiences. The role involves working closely with the Head of Brand Partnerships to drive growth internationally from our Milan office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and event operations to develop sponsorship proposals.
2. Identify and establish strategic partnerships with potential sponsors for long-term relationships.
3. Create compelling sponsorship packages aligned with sponsor objectives.
4. Drive revenue growth through effective strategies, negotiations, and expanding sponsorship portfolios.
5. Oversee the execution of sponsorship agreements, ensuring all commitments are fulfilled.
6. Maintain strong sponsor relationships through proactive communication, feedback gathering, and performance evaluation.

About You:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in event sponsorship sales.
• Strong network of client and agency contacts.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations.
• Creative thinker with data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proficient in creating pitch materials and slide decks.
