Job Responsibilities

  1. Customer Delivery and Success
  2. Interact directly with customer points of contact regarding service delivery for their team members. Develop strong, collaborative relationships, fostering trust and satisfaction.

  3. Manage performance and daily activities of multifunctional team members to ensure service excellence and compliance with KPIs; develop mitigation plans for non-compliance.
  4. Coordinate resource availability, resolve conflicts, and ensure team members are adequately resourced.
  5. Gather feedback from customer PoCs for continuous improvement and relationship strengthening.
  6. Proactively communicate and manage customer issues through escalation channels.
  7. Ensure quality, SOP/WI adherence, and compliance with guidelines and regulations.
  8. Conduct oversight visits for Clinical Research Associates as needed.
  9. Maintain system updates and compliance with relevant procedures.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, or related experience, with extensive clinical research experience and leadership roles.
  2. Deep knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  5. Creative problem solver with a customer-centric mindset.
  6. Knowledge of financial concepts like forecasting and budgeting.
  7. Proficient in computer skills and adaptable to new technologies.
  8. Willingness to travel up to 25%.
