Key job responsibilities
• Own the End-to-End Product Lifecycle for Amazon’s most innovative, speed-driven programs, from ideation to scaling.
• Lead Cross-Functional Teams to develop and deliver solutions that enhance speed, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Define and Prioritize Product Roadmaps, aligning initiatives with Amazon’s strategic goals in speed and innovation.
• Develop Clear Product Requirements, ensuring business needs are translated into actionable development plans.
• Drive Timely, On-Budget Execution of product launches, managing resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure Scalability and Operational Excellence by embedding best practices for seamless expansion and long-term success.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

A successful candidate will demonstrate key skills which will be required:
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Significant experience in operations, process improvement, or a related function.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to identify opportunities, estimate improvements, streamline and automate their work.
• Ability to earn trust and influence a broad group of stakeholders worldwide to achieve program goals.
• Curiosity and ability to understand complex technical systems and processes.
• Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a nascent, rapidly changing and ambiguous environment.
Ability to clearly communicate in both written and spoken form to stakeholders at different seniority and in different functions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
