Si richiede laurea in ingegneria o architettura e buona conoscenza dell'inglese.

Tailor&Fox, your HR Business Partner, on behalf of a multinational company in the construction sector with an Italian headquarters in Milan, is seeking to strengthen its internal team with the following professional profile:

TECHNICAL SALES SPECIALIST – Construction

The selected candidate will join the sales team and serve as the technical sales point of reference for the assigned geographical area, collaborating with Area Managers and agents on the territory.

Main responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical reference for AM, officials, agents, and clients.
• Provide technical solutions and promote their inclusion in specifications with support from the central technical office.
• Support sales activities technically, including onboarding new team members, transferring methodologies and technical arguments.

Build and manage a network of relationships with designers, general construction companies, and laying companies to generate business opportunities.

Plan territory activities and, together with the Area Manager, define intervention priorities, contributing to the development and implementation of the Technical Sales Action Plan.

Develop a network of local companies in synergy with the sales force, facilitating relationships between general construction companies and applicative companies.

Participate as a speaker in technical training and update meetings for direct and indirect clients, in coordination with the Area Manager.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or Architecture.
• Knowledge of the architectural design studio network, construction companies, and laying companies in the assigned geographical area.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and excellent command of Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and engagement skills.
• Motivation, autonomy, initiative, and team-working attitude.
