Company Description

Synergie Italia Spa, Milan Cadorna branch, is seeking a professional for a leading energy company in the role of:

SPECIALISTA LEGAL & CORPORATE AFFAIRS - Gas & Power Market

Position

The candidate will be part of the Legal & Corporate Affairs team within the G&P Market area and will handle the following activities:

• Supporting the commercial team by providing legal and technical advice during the assignment, execution, and resolution phases of mandates to agents;
• Verifying documentation to ensure agents meet the requirements;
• Monitoring and updating on sector regulations and standards regularly.

Requirements

The candidate must possess:

• A law degree (Laurea in Giurisprudenza) and solid experience in civil law;
• Deep knowledge of contractual law, especially agency mandates related to door-to-door and teleselling channels;
• At least 2-3 years of experience in structured companies (preferably in the Energy sector) or law firms;
• Organizational skills, autonomy, flexibility, and a client-oriented approach;
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently with a focus on deadlines;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information

Location: Milan (city center).

Working hours: full-time, 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Offer: Temporary employment contract for 12 months, with possible smart working, a daily remote work ticket (€8), and company cafeteria.
