Our client is a leading international company in the renewable energy sector, based in Viterbo. We are looking for a qualified candidate for the following position:

Job Description:

The candidate will serve as the Supervisor responsible for overseeing, implementing, and ensuring the correct execution of electrical engineering work related to solar panels, adhering to construction plans and quality standards.

• Comply with building regulations and environmental and social management systems, as well as national legislation;
• Direct supervision and proper execution of mechanical engineering works according to the construction plan, considering project specifications, material standards, and work quality;
• Analyze compliance to ensure mechanical work and operational performance meet defined quality standards;
• Collaborate with the local team, providing support and supervision;
• Execute mechanical engineering works at the project site;
• Review project documents with contractors and subcontractors to ensure technical requirements and quality standards are met;
• Monitor ongoing works in terms of safety, quality, and quantity;
• Prepare detailed project reports (DPR);
• Provide progress reports and data on work programs to construction managers and project managers during site reviews.

Requirements:

We seek candidates with at least 5 years of solid experience managing projects in the energy sector, with excellent knowledge of mechanical systems. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields is required. The ideal profile will have in-depth knowledge of sector standards and regulations, excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills, strong leadership, and team working abilities. Proficiency in English is also required.

Additional Information:

We offer a permanent position with direct employment, with salary and level based on seniority.

Location: Viterbo

Working hours: 9 am - 6 pm, Monday to Friday
