    • Lead Re-Conversion & Sales Development Representative
    • This role is designed as a

    • stepping stone into a full-time hot lead sales position
    • within Angloville.
    • Key Responsibilities
    • Re-engage and qualify dormant leads
    • that previously expressed interest but did not convert.
    • Use a consultative and persuasive approach
    • to shift hesitant prospects toward enrollment.
    • Handle objections effectively
    • and work on converting initial "no" responses into "yes".
    • Confirm and reconfirm pre-booked sales calls
    • to ensure potential customers attend.
    • Accurately log customer interactions
    • in the CRM, tracking reasons for hesitation and potential follow-ups.
    • Follow structured call scripts
    • while adapting dynamically to customer responses.
    • Monitor and improve lead conversion rates
    • as performance is measured on
    • successful re-conversions into sales, not just re-engagement
    • Collaborate with the sales team
    • providing insights into customer behavior and objections.
    • Required Skills & Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center making outbound sales or cold calls.
    • Proven ability to convert leads and handle objections professionally.
    • Previous sales experience, preferably in consultative or high-value product sales.
    • Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written), with excellent communication skills.
    • Tech-savvy and experienced in using CRMs, call tracking, and sales automation tools.
    • Highly disciplined, resilient, and structured in approach.
    • Strong ability to work with targets, KPIs, and performance-based incentives.
