Position Description

We are looking for a Content Marketing & Communication Specialist to join our marketing team.

The role involves supporting graphic design activities, creating content for social and sales channels, managing communication schedules, coordinating with content providers, monitoring and managing online/offline image, and preparing internal presentations.

The candidate will have operational autonomy in managing assigned projects and will coordinate external collaborators and content providers. This is an operational role, not managerial or strategic.

Responsibilities

1. Design and produce graphic elements consistent with brand identity
2. Create engaging content for social and sales channels
3. Manage and plan the communication schedule
4. Coordinate effectively with content providers
5. Monitor and manage the company's online and offline image
6. Prepare internal presentations
7. Support marketing department activities
8. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in similar roles within marketing/communication
9. Excellent knowledge of video editing software
10. Proficiency in Canva and Adobe programs
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
12. Deep understanding of major social media platforms and best practices
13. Experience in editorial planning and content calendar management
14. Familiarity with brand reputation monitoring tools and data analysis
15. Coordination with suppliers
16. Good command of English (level B2)
17. Proactivity and strong initiative
18. Curiosity and eagerness to learn
19. Experience in the equestrian world (plus)
