Role Description:
The Specialista operativo-PARTNERSHIP B2B supports the team in managing and activating commercial partners. Responsible for all operational activities ensuring the proper functioning of the partnership channel, from onboarding to lead collection, document management, and monthly reporting.
This role is key to ensuring operational efficiency and quality in the partnership process, involving detailed operational tasks that directly impact the Group's commercial performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contact potential strategic and commercial partners via email, phone, WhatsApp, or other platforms according to shared guidelines;
- Validate new partners based on predefined criteria (profile, sector, target, compliance);
- Manage the sending, receipt, and archiving of contracts using provided templates;
- Organize and participate in kick-off meetings with partners;
- Encourage partners to generate leads and agree on lead channeling and collection;
- Support logistics and organization of events with partners: registrations, digital flyers, contacts, location;
- Accurately record partner management progress and lead acquisition activities on shared files and Salesforce;
- Monitor and update partner data and KPIs (status, leads sent, opportunities generated, conversions) with accuracy and punctuality;
- Assist the team in reporting results via weekly/monthly dashboards;
- Communicate effectively and promptly with partners for operational requests or clarifications;
- Collaborate with the Partnership Manager and colleagues in sales and marketing for process optimization.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in managing daily commercial partners, from onboarding to validation, lead collection, and monitoring;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Google Suite, especially Google Sheets (basic formulas, filters, sorting, data validation);
- Strong experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce;
- Basic experience in data entry, document management, and similar roles;
- Proficient in professional email, WhatsApp Business, and basic digital tools;
- Good knowledge of tools like Calendar, Meet, Zoom, WhatsApp Web, Docusign;
- Ability to manage recurring tasks and structured processes;
- Knowledge of standard operational processes and project management tools (e.g., Trello, ClickUp, Asana) is preferred;
- Precision and attention to detail (data quality is critical);
- Reliability and adherence to deadlines;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Operational autonomy on recurring tasks after training;
- Clear, courteous, and professional communication with external partners;
- Propensity for collaboration and feedback;
- Strong written and oral communication skills, especially on digital channels;
- Team spirit and willingness to work closely with Sales, CFO, and Marketing teams.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in economics, communication, languages, or related fields;
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in operational roles within sales, commercial, customer care, or administrative areas;
- Fluent in Italian; basic knowledge of English is a plus;
- Own transportation (for occasional travel to Milan or Lombardy);
- Full-time permanent contract remote or P.IVA with maximum availability.
