FINERA, a brand of financial brokerage within the Allocore spa group, was established to provide consultancy services to companies seeking credit access and incentives. It also recruits new Specialists in Financial Incentives to manage its rapidly growing client portfolio. The responsibilities include selling new contracts for facilitated finance and regular finance, as well as managing the assigned client portfolio.

Required Skills:

• At least 4 years of experience in a financial consultancy or advisory firm specializing in facilitated finance
• Knowledge of main facilitated finance measures (Simest, tax credits, Invitalia tenders, regional grants)
• Experience managing a client portfolio independently
• Experience preparing Business Plans or using related software
• Strong relational and communication skills
• Knowledge of corporate financial indicators
• Excellent sales aptitude
• Master's degree in economic or financial subjects

Responsibilities:

• Accurately identify the service aligned with the client's needs
• Manage the client throughout the contractual period (12 or 18 months), offering suitable financial solutions, both through the most appropriate incentive measures and traditional financial tools
• Contract type: freelance via P. IVA (consulting, procurement, or agency/Enasarco)
• Provide training and tutoring for OAM registration
• Work remotely (Smart Working)
• Monthly client portfolio provided by the company
