We are seeking a candidate to join our Hardware Engineering team, focusing on electronic board and system design. Responsibilities include requirements definition, schematic entry, supporting product development through manufacturing and testing, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Integrate electronic subsystems into spacecraft design, ensuring functionality across teams.
• Design electronic boards from requirements to schematic and testing.
• Coordinate with other departments on system implications.
• Lead PCB layout, layer setup, component placement, and routing for various applications.
• Manage relationships with PCB service suppliers.
• Stay updated on industry and space standards.
• Support current product development and maintenance.
• Maintain detailed design documentation.
• Select electronic components suitable for space environments, considering radiation tolerance and durability.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of electronic design experience, with at least 2 in space/avionics.
• Proficiency in Altium Designer and Spice simulation tools.
• Experience with advanced PCB design methodologies.
• Knowledge of high-speed, mixed-signal, and power conversion design.
• Proficiency with electronic testing instruments.
• Understanding of interfaces like CAN, SPI, I2C, RS-422, RS-485, SpaceWire, MIL-1553.
• Familiarity with ECSS standards and analyses (PSA, WCA, FMEA/FMECA).
• Strong organizational, communication, and proactive skills.
• Knowledge of EMC, Sys design, Space Power, and Avionic architectures.
• Familiarity with FPGA, microcontrollers, SoC, and RF systems is a plus.

Education:

MSc in Electronics or equivalent practical experience.

Language:

Proficient in English.
