Alfasigma is seeking a motivated Treasury Specialist to join its Global Treasury Operations team in Italy, supporting daily cash management, intercompany payments, and banking relationships.

Location Bologna or Pomezia, Italy. You will gain hands-on experience with treasury tools, work in an international environment, and contribute to process improvements within a centralized treasury function.

Competenze

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in finance, treasury, accounting.
• Interest in treasury activities.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with numbers and financial data.

Scope of the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Specialist to join our Global Treasury Operations team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience within a centralized treasury function of a multinational group, supporting daily financial operations and contributing to the continuous improvement of treasury processes.The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners in an international environment, supporting treasury, finance, and operational activities while developing expertise in cash management, banking operations, and treasury systems.

Who Are You

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in finance, treasury, accounting
• Interest in treasury activities
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with numbers and financial data
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables); willingness to learn advanced tools
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) or treasury platforms (Piteco) is a plus
• Ability to work accurately under deadlines
• Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Team player with positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment
• Good English language skills (written and spoken)

• The compensation range indicated in this job posting represents an estimated average range for the position.
