About You and this Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager of Italy and collaborating closely with the Partner Marketing Manager, you will execute marketing strategies to generate demand and enhance brand awareness for Liferay in Italy. As part of the EMEA field marketing team, you will work with sales and channel leaders to support regional sales growth and career development within a high-growth, international environment.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to support business goals such as revenue, lead generation, and brand presence, in collaboration with sales and channels.
  2. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for marketing initiatives.
  3. Organize and manage various events, including digital, hybrid, and in-person formats, and seek new opportunities for demand generation.
  4. Adapt global marketing content to suit the Italian market and trends.
  5. Monitor and report on campaign performance, assessing against predefined goals and implementing improvements.
  6. Manage social media channels, specifically LinkedIn, and digital marketing campaigns.
  7. Coordinate with sales and channel teams to implement customer and partner marketing initiatives.
  8. Collaborate with global marketing teams to exchange ideas and best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years in Field or Channel Marketing, preferably within IT.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation, ABM, CMS, CRM tools.
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end event programs.
  • Skills in Digital Marketing and Social Media content creation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with third-party providers.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in a global organizational environment, cross-cultural collaboration.
