VCUBE S.r.l. in Reggio Emilia is seeking a Storage Systems Specialist to strengthen its IT department. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with IBM SVC and Pure Storage, plus knowledge of masking, zoning, and core storage protocols.

The role involves working with rack-mounted and blade servers (VMware/Windows/Linux) in a large data center environment. We value teamwork, flexibility, and strong English communication.

Competenze

• Knowledge of IBM SVC and Pure Storage storage systems.
• Understanding of masking and zoning concepts.
• Experience with common storage protocols: FC, iSCSI, NFS, CIFS.
• Experience deploying rack-mounted and blade servers running VMware, Windows and Linux.
• Familiarity with brands like NetApp, Hitachi, EMC and Infinidat is a plus.
• Experience in large data centers with enterprise-level complexity.
• Good teamwork, flexibility, problem-solving, and customer focus.
• Strong English skills (B2–C1) preferred.

STORAGE SYSTEMS SPECIALIST

We are looking for a Storage Specialist to strengthen our IT department, with prior experience in this role.

The ideal candidate should be a proactive individual eager to continue growing, regardless of their current level, capable of working collaboratively with colleagues and making a positive and distinctive contribution to the entire team.

Requirements

• Knowledge of IBM SVC and Pure Storage storage systems
• Knowledge of the concepts of masking and zoning, as well as the most common connection protocols (FC, iSCSI, NFS, CIFS)
• Experience in deploying rack-mounted and blade servers running the following operating systems: VMware, Windows, and Linux
• Knowledge of storage solutions from the following brands is preferred: NetApp, Hitachi, EMC, Infinidat
• Experience in large data centers with enterprise-level complexity

Knowledge of the following will also be considered a plus:
