Jameel Motors Italy is seeking a proactive Spare Parts & Supply Chain Specialist to manage end-to-end parts logistics across the retail and service network in Rome, collaborating with central supply chain teams, logistics partners, and service centres to ensure availability and efficient flow.

You will forecast parts demand, monitor stock, coordinate with Geely’s central logistics, and support KPIs and dashboards while maintaining warranty, return, and recall procedures.

Competenze

• Academic background in Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in spare parts, inventory control, demand planning, and logistics operations.
• Experience within an OEM, importer, or automotive distributor environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage external supplier relationships.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for operational excellence and customer-centricity.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in Italian and English; Chinese fluency is a plus.

• Oversee the ordering, inventory management, and distribution of spare parts across Jameel Motors Italy’s retail and service network.
• Monitor parts availability and delivery timelines to ensure optimal service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external logistics providers to manage supply chain operations efficiently.
• Forecast parts demand based on vehicle parc, service trends, and market data.
• Support the Aftersales Director in building and maintaining KPIs and dashboards for supply chain performance.
• Coordinate with Geely’s central logistics and supply chain departments to align processes and resolve bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with warranty, return, and recall procedures.
