Spare Parts Service Engineer

Kaak Ovens & Proofers is an ever-expanding company, and we are looking for a Spare Parts Service Engineer to join the After Sales Department team. You will report directly to the Head of After Sales.

Job responsibilities

• Ensure correct assistance services by considering and managing customer needs.
• Support customers by providing necessary information and assisting in solving problems to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage customer relationships by resolving issues and providing accurate information based on inputs from other business functions.
• Respond via phone or remotely to customer requests for spare parts orders and handle complaints or inquiries related to existing orders.
• Receive and record customer orders for spare parts.
• Monitor and control orders, providing customers with information on delivery times and guarantees to improve customer service.
• Develop orders for spare parts, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Identify components (standard and non-standard) through construction drawings.
• Prepare drafts for technical and commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with the purchasing department for spare parts procurement.
• Inform the purchasing department of stock needs for spare parts.
• Organize daily collection of goods with freight forwarders in collaboration with logistics.

Job requirements

• Proven experience of at least 2-3 years in the industrial sector.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent technical knowledge of ovens and proofers.
• Proficiency with main technical drawing software (3D: Inventor, 2D: AutoCAD).
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
