About the Role

The resource will be based in the Spare Parts Order Handling & Customer Service Area and will support the team in the following activities:

  • Ensure effective and efficient management of the customer and branch order fulfilment process, including system entry, confirmation management, dispatch, and tracking of materials in coordination with the warehouse.
  • Ensure correct and timely customer service by analysing the nature of enquiries and taking appropriate action involving relevant business areas to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the spare parts non-conformity complaint process from customers and branches, involving the concerned business areas and monitoring complaints.
  • Monitor the overall performance of the spares function by customer and geographical area, including volumes, service levels, backlogs, order processing times, and invoice payment terms, proposing corrective actions as needed.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, law, or languages.
  • Knowledge of contracts.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar customer care role is preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) and a second language (French, Spanish, or Chinese).
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
