Bachecalavoro in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a customer service specialist for our global team. You will bridge clients and customers, ensuring seamless interactions, with duties spanning reservations, inquiries, and issue resolution.

The role requires Spanish (C1) and English (B2), strong communication, empathy, and a team-oriented approach. Prior experience in travel/tac sectors is valued; GDS familiarity is a plus.
