Constellation Schools, in Parma, Ohio, is seeking a Long Term Building Substitute Teacher to cover assigned classrooms from 10/2-12/18. The role requires an active Ohio teaching license in Spanish with a bachelor’s in education, and the ability to differentiate instruction while maintaining detailed progress records.

The position emphasizes a growth-focused coaching environment, collaboration with colleagues and families, and usage of approved curricula.

Competenze

• Active and current state of Ohio teaching license in appropriate content area - Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• Growth-focused coaching environment based on observations, debriefs, action planning, and progress monitoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks.
• Experience working within an urban environment.
