Strativ Group seeks an Embedded Software Engineer to design, develop, and validate real-time software for spacecraft onboard computers. You will contribute across the full software lifecycle from requirements to verification and interface directly with flight hardware for debugging and integration work.

Expect to work with RTOS or embedded Linux, C/C++, and aerospace-grade tooling. Remote-friendly with 2–3 days on site, and ample growth opportunities within a high-performance space team.

Competenze

• 2+ years of embedded software development in real-time environments.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ for flight/space-grade software.
• Hands-on with RTOS (RTEMS/FreeRTOS) or embedded Linux and communications protocols.
• Experience with build systems, CI/CD, and Git version control.
• Familiarity with software lifecycle in regulated aerospace contexts is a plus.
• Basic Assembly knowledge and exposure to AI-assisted tooling are welcome.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, and maintain real-time embedded software for spacecraft onboard systems.

• Develop reusable components and shared libraries for future missions.
