D-Orbit in Italy seeks an Embedded Software Test Engineer to join our Systems IVVQ team in Fino Mornasco. You will ensure quality, reliability, and performance of spacecraft software, leading development of HIL simulators, test environments, and automated verification for embedded space applications.

Collaborating with Software, Systems, AIV, and Flight Operations, you will shape testing strategies, support integration and validation, and help deliver robust software for current and future

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in software/engineering or aerospace.
• 3–7 years in embedded software development and verification.
• English proficiency required; able to work in a fast-moving team.

Mansioni

• Architecture software design and development of HIL infrastructure components.
• Maintain features including integration with software-in-the-loop and hardware-in-the-loop test suites.
• Define test scenarios against embedded software requirements.
• Support integration and validation of flight software with hardware.
• Prepare flight software VandV documentation.
• Contribute to team processes, test framework, and HW production tests.
