About the role :

We currently have an opportunity for talented Spa Therapists and Beauticians freelancers to join our iconic hotel, Four Seasons Milano, Italy!

What you will do :

This role reports to the Spa Manager and is responsible for providing spa treatments to guests, ensuring they experience peace and relaxation. You will describe our Spa Treatment Menu, recommend treatments and home care products, keep treatment rooms well-stocked, thoroughly clean and sanitize after treatments, respond to guest requests, add personal recommendations, and ensure the highest levels of service excellence.

What you bring :

Our ideal Spa Therapist candidate will have experience in a luxury spa and fitness environment, knowledge of spa, wellness, and holistic modalities, and hold an Italian qualification (Diploma di Estetica or Diploma di Massofisioterapia) or an international Spa Therapist qualification.

We seek a special individual who shares our passion for excellence and delights in creating memorable experiences for our guests.
